Amos Jose ‘Titos’ Barajas, 3-20-1951 to 3-14-3024.

Amos was the son of the late Amos Quezada Barajas and Angelina Villagomez Barajas. He was brother to Irma Wilson, Ruben (Pamela), Miguel (Virginia), Beatriz Ramirez, Maria McNeal, Rogelio (Rachel), Carlos (Theresa), M. Evelia Garcia (Frank), and Ana Maynez (David).

Amos was born in Santa Barbara at Cottage Hospital. He was a 1970 graduate of Santa Barbara High School.

A gentle soul with a passion for story-telling and conversation with all, especially as Park Ranger at Tucker’s Grove. Amos loved nature, especially the beach.

He looked forward to opening day in the Eastern Sierras for the annual trout fishing trips with his brothers and his friends.

Amos is predeceased by his wife Debbie (Williams); son Jesse; infant sister Maria de Los Angeles; nephew Jason Aguilera; and brother-in-law John McNeal.

He is survived by his son Issac; his grandchildren; his stepsons Ryan Stevens and Felix Martin; and a caboodle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

We love you Amos, you will be greatly missed.
